Tax Season

If you paid interest on your student loan in 2025, your Tax Receipt and annual statement will be available in your secure inbox as of January 12th, 2026.

T4A documents will be available by February 28th, 2026.

Heads Up: Potential Delays with Disbursements & Pre-Authorized Debits (PAD)

You may notice a delay in the withdrawal of your pre‑authorized debit (PAD) if your payment was scheduled between February 9 and 12, 2026. This is a known issue. Although your bank account will not be debited on the scheduled day, your payment will still be applied to your loan using the original scheduled date once processing resumes.

If you are expecting funding via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), this delay may affect when your funds arrive as well. If your expected payment has not been debited or your disbursement has not been deposited by February 18, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
