Effective May 2025, the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) will begin using My Service Canada Account (MSCA) to provide students with optimal security and streamlined access to their student loan information. Tax Season
If you paid interest on your student loan in 2024, your Tax Receipt and annual statement will be available in your secure inbox as of January 13th, 2025. T4A documents will be available by February 28th, 2025.
Attention post-secondary students!
Please be extra vigilant when receiving communications that appear to be from the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC). Protect yourself from potential scams or fraudulent activities. Note that we will never ask for payments via credit cards, gift cards, or cryptocurrency, initiate contact with you offering to pay off/forgive your loan or threaten you with arrests.
