We’re currently experiencing unprecedented call volumes that lead to longer than usual wait times and/or phone line failure. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We have also received a higher than usual volume of RAP applications and are experiencing a delay in processing. We appreciate your patience and will notify you once the application is processed.
Please note that most transactions, including applying for RAP, can also be done retroactively. You can contact us in the coming weeks if you can’t get the phone line or access your online account, and we will ensure you are not negatively impacted by these technical difficulties.
